Lily Channel grew up in Wichita, but her family loves life in Benton. She played college softball in Kansas City and has since made Stearman Airfield Bar & Grill a second home. Lily even has a 1K1 tattoo! Her favorite part of the General Manager job is hosting all of the big crazy events and band nights.

He moved up through the ranks to kitchen shift manager and bartender. In 2023, Joey is finally back to where it all started at A&M Management. His areas of expertise lies in food and cocktail creation and labor efficiency, with a keen eye for profitability.
